Getting rid of pests shouldn't start with a guessing game
I'm Harpal, and I live in Stoke Poges. Ring round for pest control and you'll often hear “it depends” and “we'll quote when we see it”. Meanwhile you're waiting in, with no idea what it will cost.
So we do it differently. You get a fixed price on the phone. We call you back within 30 minutes. A qualified technician comes out, usually [same or next day]. Then I call to make sure the problem has gone.

Towns we cover
What the technician does
Finds the cause. Where they're getting in, where they're nesting and what's drawing them to your home.
Treats it safely. The right treatment for the pest, using products and methods that are safe round children and pets when the instructions are followed.
Comes back when the job needs it. Rats, mice and bed bugs include a second visit in the price.
Tells you how to stop it happening again. Gaps to seal, food to store away and what to look out for.
Your technician talks you through the plan and any precautions for children and pets before starting.
Why it's worth calling early
Numbers grow fast
Rats, mice, bed bugs and fleas all breed quickly. A few this week can be many more next month.
Damage costs more than treatment
Chewed wiring, pipes and insulation, spoiled stored belongings and ruined mattresses cost far more to put right.
Health risks
Rats and mice spread bacteria onto worktops and food. Wasp stings can be dangerous for people with an allergy.
Sleepless nights
Scratching in the loft, or bites from bed bugs or fleas, make it hard to rest.
Harder to clear later
An established problem usually needs more visits than one caught early.
DIY often makes it worse
Shop sprays and poisons can scatter insects, stir up a wasp nest or leave rodents dying somewhere you can't reach.
Children and pets
Children and pets are the most likely to touch droppings, disturb a nest or get bitten.
It spreads next door
Rats and mice move along shared walls and gardens, so a problem left alone rarely stays in one house.
